Return Policy at Night-Gear

We believe in offering value, quality and selection. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return unused items in original packaging with labels intact for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase; after 30 days a store credit will be issued. Special or custom orders may not be returned unless defective. Your satisfaction is our number one priority; if an item does not meet your expectations simply return it to us.

Christmas Return Policy

Christmas returns will be accepted through the end of January (no exceptions) for a credit back to the original method of payment or a store credit to be issued to the recipient. All returns must have the original tags and labels intact and a copy of the packing slip for a full refund or credit; if the packing slip is not available contact customer service for a return authorization.

To Exchange an Item

If you would like to exchange an item go to www.night-gear.com and place a new order for the item(s); the new order will ship within 24 hours. Return the original item with a copy of the packing list to the address on the slip. Once we receive your returned item(s) a prompt refund will be made to your original method of payment. Please do not return your order with an exchange request; we can not guarantee the requested item is available for an exchange. Every order shipped must be accompanied by an invoice that reflects the items being shipped; color and size must match the invoice for proper identification.

To Return an Item

For return orders it's best to ship your item with delivery confirmation. This service is offered by UPS or USPS and other carriers. Please be mindful when returning items that they must be returned in the manner in which they are shipped to you; items that are not packed neatly and returned in original conditions will be placed on hold for credit approval. Special order returns may be subject to a restocking fee. All returns must be accompanied with a Night-Gear invoice for identification purposes; if you no longer have the invoice or your order was drop-shipped please contact us for the order number to include with your return and ship to:

Other Problems With Your Order

If your order is not complete, be advised that you may receive more than one shipment when you place an order for multiple items. Some items are drop-shipped from the vendor to expedite shipping; you will not incur additional shipping charges for the split shipment. The packing slip enclosed with your shipment will indicate which items were shipped. If you have additional questions please feel free to contact customer service.

If your order has been damaged or contains the wrong items please contact our customer service department by email or fax at 772-220-1034. Please provide your name, order number and a brief description of the problem. You should receive a response within 24 hours; weekends and holidays may take longer. Please note that customer service hours are Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 EST. .
