If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return unused items in original packaging with labels intact for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days a store credit will be issued. Special or custom orders may not be returned unless defective. Your satisfaction is our number one priority and if an item does not meet your expectations simply return it to us.
To Exchange an Item
If you would like to exchange and item go to www.night-gear.com and reorder the items you would like by creating a new order. We will ship them to you immediately. Once we receive your returned item(s) a prompt refund will be made to your method of payment.
To Return an Item
For orders being sent to our returns department, it's best to ship your item traceable. This service is offered by UPS or USPS and other carriers. Please include a note with your address and daytime telephone number along with your instructions and a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip and ship to:

Other Problems With Your Order
If an item is missing, be advised that you may receive more than one shipment when you place an order for multiple items. You will not incur additional shipping charges for the split shipment. The packing slip enclosed with your shipment will indicate which items were shipped. If you have additional questions please feel free to contact customer service.
If your order has been damaged or contains the wrong items, you must first contact our customer service department by email or fax at 772-220-1034. Please provide your name, order number and a brief description of the problem.
