At Night-Gear we stand behind every product we sell, we believe in providing the best quality and selection at a great value. If you are not 100% satisfied with the products you ordered from Night-Gear simply return the item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase. To receive a refund for the full value of your purchase, products must be returned in new, store-bought condition within 30 days from the original invoice date. Products returned beyond 30 days from the original invoice date may be eligible to receive a store credit; all returns are subject to inspection for wear and tear, use and damage. Restocking fees and shipping charges may be applied to returns on special orders and any items returned in used or damaged condition.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Night-Gear will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please contact us directly about return procedures for any product you deem to be defective.
All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.
All Christmas gifts may be returned and/or exchanged up through January 30th 2013. Returns and Exchanges must be accompanied by a return/exchange request; exchanges will incur a shipping fee unless the order exceeds $75 to qualify for our free domestic shipping. To request a return or exchange simply log in to your Night-Gear account and find the order that applies, select the option you wish to request and ship the item(s) back to us with a copy of the request. All returns and exchanges beyond 1/30/13 are subject to the standard return/exchange policy posted on our site.
UPS is our preferred method, with online tracking and insured services, UPS generally delivers to our facility within 2-7 business days.
Returns via US Postal Service generally take 3-8 business days depending on your location and does not provide online tracking.
All returns must be accompanied with a Night-Gear packing list for identification purposes; if you no longer have the packing list you can look the order up by logging in to your account or contact us for the order number to include with your return and ship to:

If you would like to exchange an item go to www.nightgear.com and place a new order for the item(s) and the new order will ship within 24 hours. Return the original item by logging in to your account, viewing the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Then return the item with a copy of the packing list to the address on the packing slip. To ensure availability and speedy delivery all exchange requests must be completed online.
You should expect to receive your refund within a few weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
