VIP SOLAS by Adventure Lights

The VIP Survivor Light from Adventure Lights is a reusable visual identification beacon designed to meet or exceed the International Convention for Safety of Life at Sea or SOLAS. The light has three positions; steady on, SOS, and a 60 beat per minute strobe. When attached to a belt or suspenders, the light will become a very bright hands free flashlight. The universal mount turns this VIP into a long lasting work light. It is extremely durable and when used in SOS mode, becomes an emergency locating device.

The VIP Survivor Light is a bright, lightweight, reusable, reliable beacon that has multiple marine applications. Both the Life Jacket and Raft Versions meet the latest SOLAS standards for their respective category. Designed for military use on life rafts and submarine rescue the Survivor VIP employs one of the brightest LEDs available. It can be seen for over 5 miles (8 Km) and like all VIP lights it is rugged and waterproof. The perfect addition for inflatable PFDs, Swift water vests, Ice Rescue and survival suits. The built-in metal clip will attach the VIP easily to most lash tabs and tie wrap (included) allow for permanent fastening.

General Instructions:

• Twist clockwise one click for "Steady On" light, continue next click for "SOS" signal light, continue next click for "Flashing" mode or continue next click for "Off" position.
• To change the battery, use a quarter or other flat edge tool to unscrew cap containing the battery counter clockwise. Remove old battery and insert new battery. Tighten cap by using same tool.
